Monte Sion are a 4th generation of coffee producers in El Salvador dedicated to the processing of specialty coffee, mainly of the Bourbon Variety. Their company began exporting directly in 2002 to important markets such as Japan and United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand.
Aroma of rich chocolate, biscuits, nuts and raisin with flavours of chocolate, juicy raisin and wafer biscuit. Smooth round body with a clean finish.
Popayan Cauca is located in the Colombian Massit. It is on a plateau located at nearly 1700 metres above sea level and its surrounding coffee is produced in the beautiful undulating slopes.

The Jaguara farm was started by three friends in 2001 when they planted the first coffee trees in the Campo das Vertentes region. The name of the farm originates from an important Quilombola community, named Jaguara. The farm is next to Sao Joao del Rei, famous for its gold extraction but with no history of coffee culture.
This coffee from the Jaguara farm is our very first direct trade, and the best Brazilian coffee that we’ve ever tasted.
Chiapas, a city in the southern region of Mexico, has been a top producer of quality gourmet coffee.
Coffee produced in this area is medium-bodied, and delivers rich delicate flavors, with an abrupt tang.
Owing to the hot, tropical climatic conditions of the state, this Mexican single origin coffee is considered the highest quality coffee produced in the area.
Coffee production in Papua New Guinea is dominated by village-based smallholder farmers, who grow coffee in gardens of up to two hectares.
Smallholder farmers produce over 85 per cent of Papua New Guinea’s annual coffee crops, making coffee a crucial source of income for more than 2.5 million Papua New Guineans.
But despite its importance to rural livelihoods and the Papua New Guinea economy, coffee production and quality has been in steady decline since the 1990s.
Tolima is the third-largest coffee-producing region of Colombia and accounts for 12% of the country’s annual production. Hugging the western slopes of the Andes mountains, north of the Huila district, Tolima boasts snow-covered peaks, deep river valleys, and all terrain in between.
